The IU Online Master of Science in Technology, Facilities Management Emphasis is designed for individuals currently working in the field of facility management, or who have an interest in this career field. As a student in the program, you will share a virtual classroom with facility management professionals from around the world while earning a Purdue University degree.

The curriculum is based on International Facility Management Association guidelines and covers a wide range of topics, with emphasis on project and contract management, engineering systems management, and energy management. You learn to identify, analyze, and solve broadly-defined facility management-related problems. Admission is open to those with a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or those with a bachelor's degree in an unrelated field who can demonstrate experience in the facilities management profession. The GRE is not required.
